Came for one night. Room was nice, there were 4 of us, but they only gave 3 sets of towels. Had to have keys reset in the .morning before breakfast. Breakfast was good. Only complaint is they made me swipe my debit even though the room was already paid for. Staff told me it was for a $20 deposit,and that ALL hotels do that. I disagreed just coming from 2 different hotels further south in the state. The $20 deposit doesn't show on the receipt they sent to my email.
Overall a great hotel with everything you expect. The breakfast/dining area is a little cramped and hard to move around in early in the morning, but the food was great. The pool was rather small. Location is great, less than 20 minutes from downtown. Easy in and out, a lot of local retail and dining.
Seems to be a nice motel. Our room was good. The bathroom fan had some mold around it and sounds like a helicopter landing on roof. I left a message at front desk, hopefully it gets fixed. Sofa and ice bucket needed updating….sofa had hole, ice bucket lid was grungy. Good nights sleep, lots of fluffy pillows and clean sheets were comfy! Breakfast was good with helpful staff but seemed to need help to get things refilled. Workout area was good. Nice to have a pool available even tho I didn’t get to use it.
My fiancé and I stayed here 3 nights while we did the bourbon trail. It was a great location - about an hour from Lexington area and about an hour from Bardstown and only 20 minutes from downtown. There were a lot of restaurants near by and it felt like a safe area. I read reviews before we got to the hotel and was nervous what the rooms were going to be like but I was very pleasantly surprised! The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is a little bit old but it was a very comfortable stay. I even heard other guests in the elevator saying they were happy with their room as well. The TV wasn’t a smart tv but we found a good channel with good movies playing. There were a lot of families with kids enjoying the pool and the breakfast was very tasty! All the staff were very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to others!
Quite nice, clean rooms, friendly staff. Far enough off the road to be quiet. A sense of peace when I walked in. No easy access from freeway. A little isolated despite being on the main road

I like stay in this hotel when I visit my family here in Louisville. The staff is always friendly. They always have a breakfast in the morning and the room are always clean and it's very quiet I also thought it was sweet that they put a little stocking on my door for Christmas
Only stayed one night as a rest stop during a long road trip and it served it's purpose. We're SUPER fans of Marriott but don't normally stay at SpringHill. We picked it for the convenience and would not probably choose if staying long term. The breakfast was not very appealing but the coffee was good. Service was exceptional apart from not being greeted as Bonvoy members upon arrival. There's plenty of parking and close to shopping and restaurants. Overall it was an okay stay.
